Here's what you can expect when you live in a HUNTAHOME property:
- Prompt Maintenance Service: Any time you have a maintenance problem, use the online Maintenance Request form. In emergency situations, please call us! We aim to resolve all maintenance issues within 24 hours.
- Regular Inspections: One of our staff will inspect your unit on a regular basis. We'll look for water leaks, change the A/C filter when needed, and test the smoke detector. You will receive a notice at least 24 hour prior any time we need to enter the property.
- Issue Resolution: Have a problem with a noisy neighbor? Notice the trash service isn't being picked up? Use the Maintenance Request form or call us and we'll take care of the problem.
We also work with residents on lease violations, handling pet agreements, and rent payments. We are ready to help you with anything you need! Just let us know.
